Karoline Kramer Gould is a mother, music lover, artist’s rights activist, and former radio programmer.

An IT geek (coding makes her happy), her true passion is discovering new and upcoming musicians. In her years at radio, she helped launch the careers of artists such as Mumford & Sons, American Authors, Hozier, Bastille, and others.

Karoline made news when she broke ranks with the National Association of Broadcasters and sided with artists on the Fair Play Fair Pay Act, co-writing a letter to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee with musician Blake Morgan.
